This course gives an insight into the process of digital evidence within the justice process, equipping individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the intricate web of digital information in the modern era.
It has been created with Legal Professionals in mind and in alignment with the "Interpol review of digital evidence for 2019-2022" by Paul Reedy.
This short course is designed to primarily focus on digital evidence; however will delve into the digital forensic process, which is key to handling, preserving and analysing digital evidence that could be used later in court proceedings.
Assessment
There are online tests at the end of each module.
