Biography
Scott is a member of the Academic Librarian team. His responsibilities include teaching information skills and the development of library services.
Prior to arriving at Dundee, Scott worked in academic libraries at St Andrews and Edinburgh, and at the Bodleian Library.
Recent professional activity includes attending the British & Irish Association of Law Librarians 49th Annual Study Conference (2018), UXLibsV Conference (2019), UXLibsVI (2022) and Customer Service Group UK Conference (2019). In 2020/21 he was winner of the DUSA award for Outstanding Enhancement of the Student Experience.
His interests are using interactive methods for teaching information literacy, and User Experience (UX) research and design in libraries.
