Disability support
Library Services is committed to a policy of equality of access to information and learning resources.
We work closely with Disability Services and Digital and Technology Services at the University of Dundee to ensure a co-ordinated approach to the provision of services.
Digital and Technology Services have produced a guide to provide a brief introduction to services for disabled users. If you need any help or further information please email llc@dundee.ac.uk and ask to speak to a Disability Support Officer.
Jisc online surveys
If you need to conduct a survey, our Survey Service Team based in the Library and Learning Centre can assist you.
The key resource offered by the University is the Jisc Online Surveys tool which is free of charge. The tool is available to all staff (academic, researcher, or administrator) and students.
We can also assist where external colleagues are working with you on collaborative surveys. We can even create your online survey on your behalf (staff only).
To set up an account and for further information see our Survey Service library guide.
Once you have an active Jisc Online Surveys account you can access the online interactive eLearning materials for an overview or help you get started.
Email LLC-Surveys@dundee.ac.uk for ongoing technical advice and support.
