Transitions Community Compass series - October 2023

We are excited to invite you to TCELT-INTR’s ‘Transitions Community Compass’ series. Each session will involve a number of guests who will share how they have navigated their transitions journeys. This will take the form of a relaxed conversation which will provide insights into unique and dynamic transitions as well as strategies for navigating them.

Madhavi Dubey will share her transition experiences as an international postgraduate student in Scotland and a Scottish University. She will focus on her multiple transitions, such as academic, professional, cultural and social, and their interaction with the transitions of her family, peers and staff. She will also highlight the strategies she has used and continues to use to navigate these ongoing transitions.

She will be in conversation with Dr Usha Mani who works with international students and is also the EDI co-ordinator for student services at the University of Dundee.
