CASTLE Learning to Teach in Higher Education:introduction to teaching and learning in HE
Today's workshop is an introduction to learning and teaching in HE.
The LTHE Development course is mandatory for all postgraduate students who teach but is open to all part-time tutors. The course comprises five workshops and is supported by online materials from the Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice in Higher Education (PGCAPHE) programme. Participants will also receive feedback on their teaching practice by a member of the CASTLE team or a CASTLE Associate.
The LTHE Development course can also provide a route to the Associate Module of the PGCAPHE, and Associate Fellow status with the Higher Education Academy.
A light lunch will be provided at each workshop.
