50th Anniversary Alumni Weekend - Friday

Sign up for the full weekend and then you can register for all the exciting events we have lined up! Register here 

All activities will be centred around the Campus Green, where you can come and say hello and pick up your special commemorative gift. There will also be the chance buy special 50th Anniversary memorabilia and Waterstones will have a pop-up shop with Dundee-based books and alumni authors. You can also hear what the Principal’s Challenge is all about and play your part in the challenge. There will also be the opportunity to capture the event in our photo booth and leave a film message with your memories of Dundee.

So far the following events have been confirmed:

  • Exhibitions from Archives and the Museum Service - exhibitions and tours with museum curator Matthew Jarron. The D’Arcy Thompson Zoology Museum, with an opportunity to meet with the curator. The University archives will also have a selection of material on display – you might even find something from your time as a student!
  • Art, Design and Architecture Degree Show preview night
  • MathsPhD students will present their research results between 12 and 3pm.
